These Terms and Conditions of the company Paws & Puddles (hereinafter referred to as “The Company” shall apply to all contracts concluded between a customer (hereinafter referred to as “Client”)
The Company will not confirm any bookings until a consultation has been carried out with the client and the contract with full details of client requirement has been signed by the client.
Prior to any bookings, the client must provide medical details and vaccination records regardless of services required. All dogs must be vaccinated against Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper virus, Leptospirosis, Infectious Canine Hepatitis. All dogs must also be under regular flea and worm control.
The company must also be made aware of any behavioural problems with their pets at the time of booking. The company reserves the right not to accept bookings for overly aggressive dogs.
Full payment for services (agreed either at time of booking or subsequently) is to be made within 7 days of receipt of invoice, or by the date specified on the invoice, via cash, cheque or bank transfer. All prices are subject to change.
The Company may require access to Clients keys. The duration and frequency of this will decide upon initial consultation and written in the contract. Clients should be aware that any keys distributed to the Company employees are covered under ‘loss of key’ insurance.
The Client must provide all items necessary for pets to be adequately cared for in the clients absence (i.e food, medication, leads, collars, cat litter etc )
The Client must provide the Company with the name and the contact number of someone capable of making decisions relating to the dog(s) in an emergency. If the contact is not available, the Company reserves the right to consult with a vet and then make a decision which is in the best interests of the dog.
All dogs will be exercised on a lead unless approval is given not to at initial consultation.
The Client is responsible for any veterinary bills, no matter how they are incurred, whilst pets are in the care of the Company.
The Company cannot be held liable for any loss, injury or death of a dog either inside or outside of the home whilst in our care.
Although the Company holds Public Liability insurance, pets should be insured by the Client. The Company reserves the right to refuse a booking for any dog which is not insured.

Termination of the contract by either the client or the company will be given 2 weeks in advance. In extreme weather conditions, the company reserves the right to cut short or cancel services if weather conditions present a danger.
